“I have 5 large cats with varying litter box success. This size, with the wonderful dome, attracts ALL of them. My 3 girls like the Kitty Poo litter, the 2 problem boys, not so much. It is a work in progress. I keep 2 clumping litter boxes (one on the patio to reduce odor), and 2 inside Kitty Poo XL boxes right now.”
“We've tried many different little boxes and this is our favorite due to size. Our kitty is almost 20 lbs! With smaller boxes ones his bum hangs out the back and you know how that goes. With taller sides he struggles to get in so won't use it. He fits in this one, can get in and out and doesn't hang out. We're so relieved to find this! I actually don't tear out the cut out opening and he and our other kitty have no trouble jumping in since the side isn't too high but it prevents him from hanging out the side.”

“I tried the regular box when they came out with the Kitty Poo Club, but I have Ragdolls and the regular box just wasn’t big enough. I liked the system, but it just wasn’t going to work and I wished the box was bigger. I guess they had a bunch of feedback like that b/c next thing I know, there’s the XL box! With 2 bags of litter, it’s quite a bit more expensive, but the XL box + 2 bags of litter is easily going to last us for a whole month (2 big Ragdolls using the same box). Before, the regular sized box barely got us to 2 weeks (which was as advertised) and the system I was using before was only lasting for 2 weeks as well. All-in-all, I think since this will last for 1 month, the increase in cost will work out just fine, so I’m really happy with the system. Little advice? BUY A LITTER GENIE… that, with this system, is the answer to everything.”
“I have a larger than average cat and she is able to manuver better in this size much easier than the other one. This product is great. I have enjoyed not having to clean a plastic litter pan.”
“If you have cats that don't squat when they pee, this is the only box I've found after 10 years to contain the pee. They are big boys and appreciate the extra space in these XL boxes. Either size contains the pee though. Never thought the day would come that I didn't have to have an old shower curtain around the litter boxes to contain the flow of pee that other boxes (even domed boxes) couldn't contain.
