“I liked this. It was nicely packaged. I found it hard to know how many drops I was putting in though as I couldn’t see the dropper once in my mouth.
It’s only helping with the first 4 hours of sleep (the sleep patches didn’t work for me at all), then I wake up. I’m wondering if I should up my dose.

“I take these drops for stress. They're not a complete saviour, but I believe they "take the edge off". However I do take them in conjunction with the High Strength patches, so it's hard to tell if the drops would work alone. I would certainly say, give them a try!”
