I wanted to try these for a sleep aid. I have found that when I use them I do tend to drop off to sleep more easily. I will try them for a while longer to see whether this continues, I hope so!

Diagnosed with insomnia and PTSD I'd given up hope on getting any sleep during the night. These drops are not only helping with an inflamed head injury but I'm also getting 8hrs sleep for the first time in 7 months.

These drops have helped my problematic sleep. Although I still wake 2 or 3 times in the night I fall back to sleep quickly, instead of lying there for hours awake. Still just on 5 drops per night.

I started using the CBD 5% drops - 5 drops per night - under my tongue as instructed on Monday 25th April,2022. I do take other medication so did speak with my GP first, to ensure no contraindications. I am also a retired registered nurse so have good understanding & knowledge regarding my condition, that has lead me to try CBD in the first place. I have had Fibromyalgia since 1984, (age 27) though I did not get a diagnosis of this syndrome until I was 42 ! My trigger for flare ups of this condition is infection, if I get more than one virus in a short period of time - it activates with symptoms getting worse. My trigger this time was COVID, triple jabbed but succumbed on 25th March, 2022 positive PCR on 28th and now four weeks on I am in a major flare up or is it long covid which, by all accounts, is very similar to fibromyalgia. I have tried many, many things over the years, experienced many ups and some very low points due to this illness,. I have tried many things to try to help including acupuncture, reflexology, reiki, to name a few, alongside convention medicine. I have always felt that they are not alternative but complimentary and you have to find out what works for you as an individual. It is a syndrome that affects the whole body, not just one area, mimics many other things hence the struggle to find out what I actually have. There is also no test - yet ! - to prove you have it, just exclude everything else……. So I was told about Kloris & CBD by a close family member, then on having a thorough read of the website and all the helpful information available, I decided it was worth trialing and see how I got on with it. I decided I would keep a journal of how I was and how things went day by day. Today is only day 10 , and to be very honest I am finding it hard to believe the difference in me - it is as if someone has OPENED the curtains !! With fibromyalgia it is a known thing that you have what is commonly called Fibro Fog - you feel you cannot think clearly, slow witted, etc etc. Well I now feel that this has lifted and I am thinking much more clearly, I am able to process every day things which I knew I was able to do yet didn’t have the inclination or energy to do. I have slow started clearing things I have want to do for ages, completed tasks, sorted through my wardrobe for example, decided what was not wanted any more, joined Vinted sold 3 dresses, listed a lot more items, feel happier about my whole wardrobe, when really I should have done Weeks, moths ago - but felt I was restricted in some way - it is hard to describe - so I do hope this is making sense ! I still have a lot of pain, discomfort, swelling, extreme tiredness as my sleeping pattern is very erratic etc and yet I am coping better with it than I have done in previous flare ups. Another major improvement is that I am able to articulate this so much more easily than before. I have been told many times, over the years, keep a diary, write things down and so on. I was just unable to do this before and yet here I am reciting this information as easily as reading a book. So where do,I go from here ? I did also introduced the CBD patches, I started those on Mon 2nd May and continue to keep a record as well. I have also made an appointment with my GP Practise nurse to discuss this current situation tomorrow, who will refer me to the GP if needed. I certainly feel that the CBD drops have really help me so far and I am curious as to what the future will bring.
