“Sadly the balm has done nothing for the skin rash on my face. I was anticipating some form of change albeit small but unfortunately nothing. My wife used it for arthritic pain she had in her lower back but once again it has made no difference at all. After 3 weeks and with a cost of £34 it's not been an experience we could recommend.

“I have used the balm on arthritic joint and muscle aches and found it works well. Mostly used at night rubbing in well on the affected area. It takes a while to apply enough but once you get it warming up on your skin you can work it around the area. It dries non sticky. The down side I found is it is only effective for a short time, maybe 3/4 hours. But if you cannot use regular anti inflammatories this is a good alternative. The cost will be an issue for regular use but for a short term problem I would say try it.”
