“I started my partner on these 2 weeks ago and I've started using them again after being on a higher dose. It helped with his shoulder injury immensely. We both use the bath salts too and love them! “I suffer from Polymyalgia Rheumatica which affects the large muscles in the body and Osteoarthritis in my spine. I found the patches convinient to use and being waterproof is a bonus. Great as a back up when you've reached your maximum dose of painkillers but still need some pain relief . Maybe if the patches were a larger size, would help! Would definitely recommend trying the patches!
