“I'm pretty sure these patches are really helpful for my sleep. I've had sleep problems for a long time and they do seem to help me fall asleep, which is one of my biggest problems. On the negative side, they leave a bit of a mark around the patch which can be quite hard to remove which is a little annoying and they are quite pricey but overall I'm happy.”
