“I have tried these patches for over a week now. Although my sleep is still broke during the night I have noticed I am getting better quality sleep every other night at the moment. Fingers crossed I can continue to get a good nights sleep every night at some point. I’m not willing to give up after a week as I even know things don’t just happen over night.
