“Had high hopes for these but was unfortunately disappointed. Still tossing and turning until the wee hours. Followed all the instructions and used two on the last day with the music recommended but sleep still evaded me.. Glad I had the opportunity to try though via the trial pack. They were worth a try but obviously not suited to myself.”

“These didn't work for me at all, but I did only use them for a short period. I may have considered trying them for longer, but they leave sticky residue around the edges which is difficult to remove, and red marks which last on my skin for days. As such I can't give them more than 1*. I was disappointed as my sleep is dreadful and I was hoping they would help.”
