“I have only used two patches so far but I've already noticed a difference in my anxiety levels when wearing them. They seem to take effect quickly and last for a long time which is comforting. The only downside I've noted so far is that the patches are quite sticky. They stay in place well but they are a bit sore to remove so definitely follow the instructions and place the patch somewhere with as little hair as possible!”

Pleasantly surprised with these patches as I’ve tried CBD balm & found it doesn’t make a huge difference. These patches get straight to the point of the pain & ease it a lot.
The only thing I would say is that I’ve found you have to get the patch precisely on the point of pain as I tried putting the patch just to the side of the painful area & found it doesn’t quite have the same impact.
