“I have used your product for years and no complaints. This is about your total lack of service. I placed a order then my partner said we still had two boxes, my error, contacted you within 1 hour saying can you cancel it and a further 3 emails sent all with no acknowledgement. Product turned up and I refused the delivery. 1 month later I have had to contact American express for a refund, they are dealing with you. So I doubt I will deal with you in future which is a shame.”
