“This is such a great product and I’ve yet to find something that I can’t use it on. I’ve just finished deep cleaning a bright yellow armchair with a stubborn stain that no upholstery cleaner could touch, even using a spot carpet cleaner. As a last ditched effort I tried the universal cleaner and somehow it managed to break up the years old stain. Literally the only thing that would make this better is if there was another version that included a defoamer so that I could use it in the carpet cleaner.

And thank you for the suggestion around using it in a carpet cleaner – you’re not alone there! While the Universal Cleaner isn’t suited for machines, our Laundry Liquid actually works brilliantly as a low-foam option in carpet cleaners. We recommend using a mix of 1ml of detergent to 1000ml of water – it’s gentle, effective, and works a treat! Thanks again for the brilliant feedback – and happy cleaning! Taylor 🌿
