Hi Shirley, our Bathroom & Shower Cleaner can be effective across most general soap scum accumulation - however, we do find quite a lot of customers are trying to clean soap scum etching which looks confusingly like soap splashes but is in fact as the name implies etching which is permanent damage to the glass. This unfortunately is quite common and not cleanable. One thing you can do is apply a few drops of almond oil with a dry cloth to the glass and this has the effect of temporarily masking the issue. Of course the surface still needs to be cleaned and for that you can use Koh to good effect. Sam
