Only one rather BIG failure! You sent me Universal Cleaner and not the Shower Cleaner I ordered! I have used half a Koh Sprat bottle as I needed to undertake a quick clean up in the house pre Christmas!
I wasn’t going to bother with notifying you pre Christmas as you would be under the pump to despatch a large number of orders I am sure.
My wife normally handles any purchases of cleaning products, however she was away, so I thought “I can do that” - back fired on me this time blush”
