“Love all your environmentally friendly products that also help with my allergies, hence why I have now added the bathroom starter kit to my collection of Koh products I use. I have only had the chance to use it once since it arrived and I'm very happy with how it worked in the shower in particular. I bought 2 and gave the other one as a gift to my sister. I hope I miss understood another email were I understand you are going out of the cleaner tools, if this is correct I'm extremely disappointed as most other ones on the market are useless especially the cleaning clothes & pads to clean ovens. I'm a community care worker for my local shire & one of my tasks is to clean aged clients homes and so have been presented mostly with cleaning clothes that are useless. The commercial spray bottles you get to refill are also cheap & nasty, were yours are great quality, so would love it if you reconsidered your decision.

I also want to sincerely apologise for the confusion around our cleaning tools and accessories. Back in April, we sent out an April Fools’ marketing email saying we were stopping the sale of our tools – but the joke was only revealed if you clicked through to a page from the email. We learned a big lesson from that because, understandably, not everyone clicked through, and it led to some real concern. To confirm: we are absolutely not stopping our cleaning tools and accessories – in fact, we’re committed to keeping the range going and are working on some exciting new updates too.
