“Cleaning products are fine but the hardware build quality is very poor - especially when compared to older products.
We bought KOH + atomiser years ago and have had no problems with them.
Recently purchased the black friday bundle to try out the other cleaning products + get new atomisers but have been very disappointed.
The liquid constantly leaks out of the trigger + nozzle, leaving drips and covering your hands.
The laundry pump dispenser also leaks consistently leaving a pool of liquid on the sides of the bottle and around the base/on the bench where it's stored.
We also bought a spray mop with our BF bundle and have the same problems. The overall product and results are good - but the mop leaks out of the nozzle end and leaves drip marks all over the area cleaned, meaning you have to go over it again with a cloth to clean them up and avoid more drips.”
“Disappointed with laundry detergent. Doesn’t clean effectively and doesn’t remove odour from my pet’s bedding. Clothes are not cleaned properly in my front loader. My first Koh product to fail.”
