“I love all of your cleaning solutions because they work very well and are eco friendly and will continue to use them. The new formulation of the dish liquid is fantastic.
BUT I dont think your mops are very good. I am on my third mop because the handles break, so maybe you could reengineer and put a bit more guts into the join between the handle and the shaft because the two little screws don't cut it for me. Last mop I drilled through and put a bolt through the handles but after it broke. I should have done it before it broke.
