“I'm not sure why but I don't find this product to be very effective on difficult - to - clean items. I have sprayed the items and left them to soak, a few times, and the marks remain! The two-sided sponge is difficult for me to handle especially when trying to scrub corners and angles. I also still find the spray bottle frustrating to use. I wish this was not the case, but, overall, I'm not very happy with the dish-cleaning products.”
