“I used the diamond sponge on a one month old shower screen that had some hard water spots, and it has resulted in bad scratches. I went carefully and made sure to soak the screen and the sponge in Koh and continue to apply more Koh as I went and rub lightly with the sponge. Despite this, the sponge has scratched the glass. This is a new $2,000 custom made shower screen - very disappointed that it is now ruined.”
