“Love the KOH universal cleaner but the spray bottle only last a couple of uses. The little plastic tube with the ball on the end came off the smaller tube so of course doesn’t work! I have googled how to use but no help as the pictures aren’t of the tubes. My only reason behind this is I used eucalyptus oil as they suggested & wondering if it is too slippery? Just a thought! Love your help as I think the product is brilliant otherwise.”
Oh no! It sounds like your Atomiser has had a bit of a "disconnect," and I completely understand how frustrating that is when you’re mid-clean. That little "gravity ball" (the weighted bit at the end of the tube) is what allows the spray to work at any angle, even upside down! 🌳 Wiwi
