Hi Catherine, it sounds like you might be using one of our newer products with an older style bottle, we haven’t sold compatible laundry liquid refills for the Foaming Spray Bottle in quite a few months. If you’re unsure, reach out to us directly so we can take a closer look and help get things unblocked!
“Can't open it! As a woman over 70 with arthritis and living on my own I'm waiting for a strong person to visit so, hopefully they can open it and I can use it in my kitchen. I have always been pleased with all my other KOH products so I'll wait - otherwise I'd have sent it back!”
Thanks for your patience, Joy! If you’re still stuck, try running the bottle under warm water for a minute or so. This can soften the plastic slightly and make it easier to twist open. Let us know if you need a hand! 💚
