The plastic never dissolved and it happened more than once
I found you needed to peel them out of the so called dissolvable plastic cover

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you are not seeing desired results with our Dishwashing tablets. I would recommend placing the tablet at the bottom of your dishwasher (rather than your dish draw) as well as using a warmer cycle. Let us know how you go!
“I bought three boxes of these on the strength of being impressed with KOH general cleaning spray. Unfortunately they have ruined my glasses by staining them and often half the load is unclean. This is a shame because I wanted them to be as good as the spray, they are clearly not. I will be asking for a refund for the unopened boxes.”
“What a super discovery! These dishwashing tablets are excellent and clean my crockery, pots and pans equally well as top branded dishwasher tablets. What's so good is that these are nasty chemicals free and there is no awful chemical odour/taste after the cycle finishes. Well done KoH I'm a convert!”
