It was suggested by your customer service to use the Eco program but that would be expensive to run every time as it uses so much electric. My dishwasher is a 2 year old 8 place setting Neff. It's the first KOH product that I have found thatI won't buy again.”

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you are not seeing desired results with our Dishwashing tablets. I would recommend placing the tablet at the bottom of your dishwasher (rather than your dish draw) as well as using a warmer cycle. I hope that helps!
