I'm so sorry to hear you have had this experience, lets try and get you back on track! For best results in the shower/bathroom area, we recommend the area be completely dry before cleaning with Koh. Using a dry Koh Cloth lightly spray the surface and wipe away. The Diamond Sponge soaked in the Universal Cleaner is highly effective on built-up soap scum although we do recommend spot testing for micro abrasions first.
