“I have searched hardware shops for a long time for something like this but had resorted to old toothbrushes.
It does the job like magic, black grout between kitchen tiles reverts to beige before your eyes. Easy to hold, use, exert pressure on, it is not a flimsy tool, but stands hard work. Best used with gloves to avoid sore areas on hands. My floor was in a sad state so needed a vigorous scrubbing.
