“Don't buy the mop! My daughter and I have both bought the cleaning kits. Product is average at cleaning but overpriced for a bunch of microfibre clothes and a chemical that has only 5% active ingredient. Both our mops have been leaking, bottles split at the lugs and new bottle doesn't work on the older mops. If you are lucky enough to receive any sort of reply from the very reclusive customer service (5-7 days for replies..and still waiting on one about a refund) you will be lucky if you get anything other than "we would be pleased to extend a new mop to you at a discounted price of $51.90". As if you want to throw good money after bad.
Eventually after sending videos showing the incompatibility I was offered a refund for the mop bottle but still waiting weeks later. You get fobbed off.
I wanted to like Koh and their eco-friendly approach but you can't run a business with useless products and no customer service. Major fail. Won't be buying again.
Oh, and Koh...don't bother responding with "reach out to our customer care department" as you are well aware they don't respond.”
“Works well but the only thing I would suggest is a longer or extendable handle. I find myself bending down a lot. Otherwise I love how quickly and easily I can mop the floor!”
