“What a genius idea, especially for timber floor boards that should not be to wet. And no buckets, and no diluting solution, which also performs miracles. Never new cleaning could be so much fun.”
“I love my koh cleaning products. I've always loved how well the mop cleans my floors - quick and easy, no long drying times with two kids and a dog that are quick to run over them.
However, the bottle for the liquid is so difficult to get on and off. My first one cracked so I got a replacement sent out quickly which was wonderful. It didn't fix the issue though of finding it very difficult to pull off to refill.
I can now no longer use my mop because the mop head has snapped away from the pole and constantly falls off while mopping.
I was considering repurchasing a new one because I love how well it cleans my floors but after reading reviews to see so many other have had similar faults jm reluctant to go and spend the money on another one.
Hopefully they come up with a solution soon.”
“Absolutely love my Koh products. Everyone needs one of the diamond sponges. I wouldn't use anything else now. I'm fairly disappointed with the mop though. It was amazing and I was impressed from the first time I used it right up until the day it broke for absolutely no reason about 3 months after I got it. It's not very good quality at all. The plastic canister ended up misshapen the first time I used it but it didn't affect its use apart from not fitting as much of the liquid in it but a couple of months later, the part the pads attach to snapped in half when I was simply pulling one of the pads off. As much as I would love to buy another one I can't justify it with all the other similar comments. My experience is obviously not an isolated one. It's really disappointing because it did the most fantastic job right up until it broke. I use the same pads and products with a different brand of spray mop but the Koh one was much better.
I hope you read these reviews Koh and redesign your mop so it's better quality because I would happily buy another one if I knew it wasn't going to break.”
