“I take pride in looking after my cleaning products and handle with care but had to ask for a replacement of the mop handle/spray as it cracked and broke within 6months of purchasing. the spray function was not useable. Got it replaced then it happened again to the new one. Contacted Koh again and they refused to replace or repair as they had already done so the first time around. Very disappointing to have payed so much for a mop and it be of such crap quality. Definitely not value for money. I know a few other people that experienced the same thing with their Koh mops. Don't recommend anyone spends that kind of money on it.”

“This was my replacement mop as my first Koh mop leaked everywhere. This one doesn't spray and also leaks and floods the floor. Have tried all the Koh solutions provided with no fix. Sadly I recommended a family member to buy one and she has the same leaking issue.”
