“After the end of my first use mopping my house, the koh mop head snapped from the base of my mop.
Was not happy about this, so i got in touch with Koh and sent photos of the issue i had and they gladly replaced the mop for me.
If i could Make a suggestion with the mop pads themselves, i would just say to maybe make it an option to select the colour mops pads you prefer ie. all green pads or all blue pads or the mixed bundle. As i dont have a use for the green pads.
Aside from this its a wonderful product that has made my life a breeze cleaning floors,
