“I bought this mop thinking it couldn’t be that great but should be good enough (new house has lots of tile floor). It was put to the test pretty quick when my cat decided to sh*t everywhere.

“I’m very happy to praise Koh’s aftersales service. About five ?? years ago I purchased one of their mops. Have had great service from it. Unfortunately, early January, I broke the head on it. Contacted Koh and they sold me a replacement at a discounted price.
Should be right for another five years.”
