“The mop is GREAT.
The reason I have given it only 2 stars is that I am on my 3rd one only because of the bottle.
The bottle caves in with the spraying and eventually gets impossible to take off and clip on as easily. It stays distorded and breaks..
I have emailed (twice) the company to see if we could buy just a bottle instead of replacing the whole mop. No reply. This was disappointing from such a great company.
I still hope that they will make the bottle sturdier or sell them separately.
Next time mine breaks, I'll get a similar mop from elsewhere if they don't, even though I think this one is great and cleans very well. It is also very easy to access every corner with it and the pads are perfect.
I am hoping that this review will produce a reaction. I'd be delighted to give it a 5* with a better bottle.”
