“This is my 3rd Koh mop each time not quite 12 months after purchase the plastic handle breaks same place everytime. I really like the mop that’s why i keep reordering it.
I did email customer service after my 2nd one broke and was still in warranty for another month but never heard back from anyone, so a little disappointed in the customer service.”

“The bottle on my spray mop was delivered cracked and I have had to use an old bottle from my old mop and now my mop doesn’t spray properly and leaks. Wouldn’t recommend very disappointed”
