“Absolutely love Koh's sprays & cloths pads ect but the mops themselves are no good whatsoever they split after a few months at the handle & this is me on to my 5th one & everyone is the same the manufacturers will have to come up with a solution I tried to download photo but it wouldn't come up on the box”

“One of our KOH mops created a leak in the storage bottle and an older mop where the flat head broke off the handle,l contacted consumer services within KOH who were very helpful, l was able to have the newer mop replaced as it was still in guarantee though as l hah the other mop for years l was offered a replacement at half price which l was very thankful for and took the offer as we love our KOH mop & products.”
