“Absolutely love using the sanitiser spray with some lavender oil in it in my home that I now use the surface sanitiser spray on all my clients benches and toilets ect with sanitiser spray to and they love smell and knowing that all have been sanitisers and that I’m going that one step further to service their homes.”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong product.
I immediately contacted Koh Customer support through their portal to ask for them to correct my mistake but heard nothing. After waiting two days for a reply I emailed them asking for my order to be cancelled or corrected only to be told that nothing could be done now because they had already sent the package and if I wanted to return the product I'd have to pay postage again. I happen to know that the product wasn't picked up Australia post when I requested it to be cancelled so now I'm left with a product I've got no use for and you've lost a long term customer...
Not happy.”
