On another tangent, My husband Ross (William) Maunsell has emailed you people on a few occasions in regards to our container on our mop being extremely difficult to remove when wanting to top up the universal cleaner into the cannister. I don't know if this is a general problem or we just scored a dud. I therefore do not think that custoer service is a strong point for the company. I have got my daughters and several workmates using your products so would have thought he deserved at least a reply from you. “I have switched to only using KOH protect surface on benchtops. Also great on light switches (spray on cloth..not directly on switch), door knobs, the areas visitors touch frequently. There is no odour to it that aggravates the sinuses.”
