“Was very disappointed with this laundry liquid. After hearing so much about it and loving the universal spray I thought the laundry liquid would be great too. Unfortunately I need to wash my laundry twice or use more liquid with this detergent. If I don't my clothes are still dirty which I haven't had this issue with other products. My husband even bought more pouches because he saw the good reviews. Unfortunately I wanted to give it a good go and waited to review till I had completed an entire pouch and I wish I hadn't. Shame as I am still seeing great reviews of this liquid. Maybe I got a batch that wasn't good? Customer service just thanked me for my feedback when I emailed.”

“Great product. Works very well. I also find and tested it works for pre treating stains a number of days before I'm doing a load of wash most times the stain has gone or faded lots. If not gone I spray the stain again before putting it into my washing machine (front loader). I don't have any photos but maybe will do this when not busy. This product is the best from Koh.”
