“OMG! This even gets out the old stains! I love the fact that I can have the same product as a spray and a laundry liquid. Having the spray bottle handy when you're placing a stained item in your wash is a game changer!
The pump bottle is a little dribbly (maybe you can design a bottle that automatically dispenses the right amount for us to pour in, as the pump is a little awkward??)”

“I absolutely love Koh Laundry liquid and absolutely recommend this product. It is the best laundry liquid I have ever used. It does an amazing job of cleaning and brightening my laundry and removes stains if used as instructed. The bonus is that it is also great for my sensitive skin.
Perhaps my only disappointment with Koh is the lack of response and acknowledgement to my recent complaint.
1 complaint was dealt with well but my last one has not even been acknowledged which disappoints me.”
“I have been a fan of the Universal Cleaner for many years. I have been using the Universal Laundry Liquid for over 2 months now and had really had high expectations about it but have been left a little disappointed. While it makes whites nice and white, and everything is left super soft, unfortunately it does not properly remove body grime/oils and blood, even with repeated pre-treating as directed. This is especially evident on light-coloured pillow slips and towels. I guess I will keep persisting but really feel doing so much pre-treating to be a time consuming 'step backwards'. I just want a product that cleans effectively without fussing around too much.”
