“My original order was lost in freight but Koh resent me another kit. Which was amazing Thankyou. The mop itself is good quality and outlasted my other mops so far and a lot easier to clean my floors. The sponges are amazing at cleaning my walls and cupboards.”
“Received my kit without the cloths. Called the customer line, but there was a recorded message advising they don’t take calls. Wondering why have a phone number then? Redirected to their website. Customer service promptly arranged to send cloths. First experience purchasing and felt very annoyed about having to chase up missing items. I think 1.8l liquid is inadequate for a pack of this cost. I believe the week before I purchased the same pack contained 4l. The products seem fine, but three stars for missing item, inconvenience and value for money.”
