“Terrible experience this was a replacement for a older mop that was leaking. New mop was leaking exactly the same way on arrival. Customer service told me to push down on a plastic seal. I should not have to do that with a brand new mop. Should have been advised to return it. If I could rate the experience with zero stars I would”

the Mop is great until the plastic container splits because of the force that is needed to take it from the handle... The plastic container needs to be an accessory that is available to buy individually.”
