“The Koh mop is flimsy, no better quality than our previous Kmart mop. As others have mentioned, it leaks everywhere & makes a mess.
The ‘universal cleaner' is no better than just using water. Can't actually use the ‘diamond scrubber' thing because unlike the claims online, the warnings on the label say to only use it on surfaces that don't scratch… which is nothing.
I think that the fact we have gone back to using our old Kmart mop with water is telling of the poor quality of the Koh products…”
“Ordered a mop bottle as my mop bottle was leaking. Received a new one with no lid, Anyway used previous bottle lid, now mop is leaking. Not sure why. Very disappointed.”
“Bought the starter bundle quite a while ago. Decided to order some more of the solution, which was £14.95 + shipping, so it made a lot more sense to go for another starter pack and get those wonderful cloths and some scourers for an extra £5.
The main reason for reordering, because it is an initial outlay afterall, was some hot chocolate got spilled over my black fabric car seat and the centre handbrake console. I sprayed on KOH, went to get a cloth, came nack and the stain had disappeared! I still scrubbed the area just in case it resurfaced when dry, but no! The plastic console was a breeze to clean up too, most of the chocolate had disappeared too.
I think there must be nano goblins in the solution.
On burnt on grease you still need some elbow grease, but it makes headway. Don't be fooled by certain ads that spray surfaces with coffee and boot polish to kid you that those are burnt on grease stains. They're not.
Once sceptical. Now very happy. That spray bottle is amazing. Yes, it does work upside down!”
