“We have been using your products for acouple of years and love them. Unfortunately i am having a huge problem with being able to fill the water tank. I can not get the tank out of the holder. My husband has also tried,but we do not want to damage the holding tank and render the mop usless.
I have not fed this back earlier as life has been busy. I was really looking forward to using your mop for its ease of use and ability for me use as i have mobility issues due to a chronic illness. Unfortuneatelyi am unable to use the mop in its proper manner, i use it as a dry mop only.

I can see we were emailing back and forth in November and I have sent you the returns instructions and informed you that you could simply empty what was in your Mop and Bottle in the sink and send what you had left back. Perhaps that response went to your junk folder.
