“Hi,
I have been meaning to send an email the first time I used the mop with the chemical container it worked really well. Since I used the mop the second time the bottle just seems to spill liquid out without me using the spray, it clicked in perfectly. I don't know what is happening. So instead of using a little bit of the chemical I am using a lot more.

I have not received that brush and would be interested as to why i don't have it”
