“Love the Koh solution really cleans . Love the mop how it moves in all angles and glides easily . The spray insert is amazing so easy . I have only one question why is the inbuilt refill bottle so hard to take out . Could I be doing it wrong . Are there instructions on line I can read . Otherwise it’s perfect”

“Love this product! Love love the floor mop! Love that the floor is not very wet and that I know the cleaning product goes directly on to the floor surface. My first mop had a small fault and within days a new one was delivered, amazing customer service.”
