“I thought your products were excellent as our family are a long time user if Koh products ( ordered by my wife) but I am a new user. I wanted to use Koh products for a new business, I am setting up - we didn’t know about the $10 off for each of us.
I bought I my first starter kit about a month ago. Sadly two items purchased have become inoperable:
1) the Koh spray bottle
2) the Koh mop
I liked the new weighted pickup ups in the new Koh bottles, that’s a big improvement over the 4 or so bottles my wife purchased that she has stashed in strategic cleaning locations around the house. However, I am disappointed how my sprayer stopped spraying after being refilled with Koh solution twice. The bottle is fine, but the spray head seems blocked as it If simply will not spray.
Can I buy a new spray head? I believe this is a one off issue and I have ordered two more bottles today — hopefully it’s not a batch problem.
Yesterday I found my green plastic mop head 3/4 twisted off the white mounts. I tried to fix it but broke it when trying to put it back together. Can I buy just the head or do I need to buy any entirely new mop?
