“Very disappointed as I contacted Koh to let them know that the handle on my older mop was not working and I was asked to take photos and give an explanation as to how it was not working. I have purchased so many products for myself and my family and I was not offered a replacement mop. Not very happy with after sales service.”

“On highly polished floors it seems to leave a film of some kind..... so cleaner does tno wish to use it. Also causes quite some coughing for cleaner when using in bathroom etc.... so again she does not choose to use product even thought it is present.”
