“Once I received the replacement mop bottle top I had no more leaking. Not sure what the issue was but I did find a small white 'O' ring which I couldnt work out where it came from. I love my mop , and while I was waiting for the bottle top I compromised by using the spray bottle and mopped the floor that way. Just love this product.”
“I got spare bottles for the mop sent out without the lids, the bottles are so thin the loose the shape while in use. The diamond sponges are now thinner than original ones. Customer service used to be amazing, not any more.”
