“My spray mop was leaking .. I contacted KOH as it was still under warranty.
After a few quick questions and a request for a photo I was told that replacement part would be sent to me free of charge. It arrived within a couple of days. Such a well designed mop that enables separate parts to be replaced instead of the waste of replacing a whole mop!”
