“We bought the Mega Bundle and received it very quick so I would give a A+ for that. The products are also good, and my wife is happy with it. We have had better cloths that do a better job but they are obviously more expensive... so no complaints about that!
The reason why I'm only giving a 2-star review is because when we received the goods, the mop seemed to be a used if they have sent us out a returned mop from another customer!
If I could attached photos I would have to prove this but I cant! I have posted this on a Google review though which does have the photos.
In addition to this, the bottle for the mop had liquid in it when we pulled the trigger (Note, we hadn't put any liquid in it as yet.)
I had written to Koh and told them our concerns and that the mop seemed to be used.
They replied advising that the mop is assembled and tested at the production facility and that's the reason why there are marks on it as well as liquid in the bottle.
But I highly doubt this. The marks on the connectors are too deep. Unless they connected and disconnected this more then 20 times, I would then agree with them.
Koh also said that if we are not happy to use the mop, we can return it but had to cover the shipment cost ourselves which is so unfair given the mop seems to be used.
Lastly, my mother-in-law bought the same pack and what really frustrated me the most about this, is that her mop and bottle was perfectly brand new and had no marks on it nor any liquid in the bottle.
And Koh advised us that they test all the units before sending them out? I highly doubt it!
After a week of emails going back and forth and even leaving voice messages and asking them to call me to discuss over the phone, they finally got back to us (via email) and requested the order number (which they already have from the initial contact), the address and the batch number.
The last reply we got was 4 days after we emailed, and my wife was fed up by then and had just started using the mop.
Still till today even though I mentioned to them that my mother-in-law bought the same product after we recommend Koh to her (which I even gave her name and address, so they know I'm not bluffing) ... they haven't bothered to reply to our concerns or even apologise.
I know it's a long review and I'm sorry for that. I don't do reviews very often but this one really frustrated me so had to explain everything in-case someone else has the same concerns or may possibly face the same issue I did.

My house has never been so clean.
My oven looks brand new. We have tried every oven cleaner going and nothing has worked. The filters in the range hood are like new too.
The mop is so convenient. The floors are super clean with a nice shine!
