We sometimes see this with customers using our product for the first time. Generally, the main cause for this is that people have been spraying too much of the universal surface cleaner and what you are seeing is the residue remaining on the surface of the glass. The universal surface cleaner takes a 'less is more' approach.
Also, please ensure the microfibre cloth is dry as a wet cloth will not work well and spread the solution around rather than soak it up.
The final thing is sometimes, although it's quite rare, the streaks may be caused due to the universal surface cleaner reacting with the residue of a previous cleaner. In this instance you just need to give it a good thorough clean and once that residue is removed you'll be left with a shiny glass surface.
