The little plastic cap comes off a lot and it's really fiddly to put back on. When it's off the mop leakes heaps.
Could definitely improve on the design, I feel it lets a brilliant bundle down.”

I sent in a enquiry to the contact team on Koh's website but never received a response. I now can't use the mop And have lost half the cleaning solution along with it”
