“Nothing works as the videos describe. The videos make it look like a simple solution to your cleaning efforts, sadly this is not the case. Followed all directions to the letter and even added longer soaking time for the heavily soiled areas all to no avail. Contemplating sending it all back for the full refund. So disappointing.”
